Position Summary

The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of Spl.yt’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Collaborating with the Chief Operating Officer and Business Development team, this associate's primary responsibility will be to develop a winning marketing plan for Spl.yt and oversee its day-to-day implementation.


  • Manage and promote all social media platforms, ensuring Spl.yt’s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
  • Track analytics and set, monitor, and report team goals
  • Analyze customer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels
  • Monitor competition and create strategies to outperform competition
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships


  • 4+ years of experience in leading successful marketing teams
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and market dynamics, as well as brand, product, and service management
  • Demonstrable experience in developing effective strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving, and collaborative entrepreneurial environment.
