Position Summary

The Quality Analyst will support the team in producing stable and expected products based on requirements and implementation testing. This associate will report directly to the CTO.


  • Work with the developers to get new features and pipelines
  • Lead A/B testing, unit testing, and regression test cases
  • Must be able to follow up on new features as well as production testing


  • 2+ years as a Quality Analyst in a web/software-based company
  • Experience stress testing Ethereum contracts for speed, consistency, and accuracy
  • Create test plans that outline approaches to tests and risk mitigation
  • Create and document test cases based on product requirements
  • Execute test plans and test cases
  • Log and report test results
  • Write detailed defect reports and work with development to assist with troubleshooting, resolution, and validation
  • Support the release process and perform production site verification testing
  • Other duties required by management
  • A BA or BS Degree is required, preferably in a related field
  • Blockchain experience, mainly with Ethereum, is a big bonus
  • Knowledge of software development, QA methodologies, and release process
  • Experience with Agile scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Agile sprint management and bug tracking solutions, such as Jira or VersionOne
  • Ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Experience running automated tests
  • Understanding of the architecture around web applications (web server, client/server communication, databases, proxy, etc.)
  • Ability to execute SQL queries and to make simple changes to existing ones
  • Experience with Linux and ability to execute commands involving directory navigation, directory listing, and program execution
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
